Putting Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
I don’t need to tell you that Auckland is an expensive place to live. But it can also be an expensive place to conduct business. Carmel Draper is head of marketing and accounts for The Local Food Kitchen and was spending a significant amount on marketing but not seeing the results.
Having used NZTE in the past, Carmel knew there was a better way. So, she went online and looked through the Regional Business Partner Network and found our glowing reviews. Carmel then contacted ATEED (Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development) and asked them to issue a voucher for our coaching services.
As Carmel has a small marketing budget, Helen helped her create a focused and strategic marketing approach across just two 2 hour Skype sessions. They shared documents online and Carmel posted to Facebook where Helen could see what she was doing in real time. This enabled a hands on coaching experience, in the virtual world.
In Carmel’s own words:
We would certainly recommend Helen at Synthesis Marketing. We gained a huge amount from our one-on-one coaching sessions with her. She has a wealth of knowledge in her field and has a wonderful way of making it accessible to those with less experience in marketing and advertising, strategising and sales processes. Helen took a genuine interest in our business. She was always well prepared for our sessions and left us with clear action points and notes on each session. We have had quite a bit of help with setting up our new business from various professionals – and at much greater expense. However, the time we spent with Helen was without doubt the very best value for money. She is certainly the best adviser to have on board moving forwards.
