It all Begins with a Marketing Plan
We began working with Sandy McPake and the team at FETS in early 2014. Originally using an NZTE capability scheme voucher, we worked with Sandy and husband Dave, coaching them to develop a marketing plan for their business. As a result of having a great marketing plan, we have since helped implement their strategies and tactics.

Thriving

A little over a year later and FETS is thriving! So much, they required new and larger premises to meet their growing demands. Due to our extensive network we were able to facilitate an introduction with Upper Hutt City Council who were offering The Economic Development Stimulus Package to growing, local businesses.
Synthesis provided support with their funding application and as a result, FETS were one of the first companies to be awarded this grant, totalling $27,370. Due to this, FETS was able to relocate with minimal interruption to their operations.
Once the premises were built, we led the campaign launch for their new, custom fit-out, training facilities and headquarters. FETS now deliver improved practical training courses.

Over the last two years, the team from Synthesis Marketing have worked with us to put together a solid foundation for our marketing strategy and then to create and follow an achievable marketing and sales plan.
